Make sure to
clear drains
of debris (fall leaves, twigs, etc.). You may wish to
install a screen in your drainage pipe to minimize clogged
pipes.

If you require roof penetrations due to installations such as skylights,
vents, pipes, etc. in a foam roof, these
installations can be easily sealed with a high quality
polyurethane sealant without having to refoam the entire
roof. Silicone sealants, tar canned-foam product are not
recommended.
Please contact
us if you are contracting a roof penetration, so that we
can coordinate sealing the roof penetration with your
installation contractor.
